We strive to have conditions for the promotion of decent employees and every person should be perceived as an individual. We must be open to innovations and encourage creative ideas and proposals. Relationships between employees should be based on honesty, reason, understanding and mutual respect.
In our activities we are also responsible to the society, as we must be decent and support those close to us and give to the charities.
