Maximum size, mm: M 1420x2950x110; S 1420x2950x110
Maximum aperture, mm: M 1440×2960; S 1440×2960

Structure
Metal door with one/two locks, opening outside. The door has been made of cold-rolled sheet steel by stamping, folding and welding. The hinges are three weldable steel hinges with ball-bearing. The diameter of the axis of the hinge is 10-25 mm. The security elements are the in-reaching security pins of door leaf (the door of the stairhall does not have these) and lock boxes.

Door leaf, jamb
The door leaf is 50-55 mm thick. The casing edges are located on sides and above. The outer side has been made of 1.5 mm and inner side of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel. The door leaf includes L-profile stiffeners and insulation material is 50 mm thick rock wool paroc. The jamb has been made of 1.5 mm cold-rolled sheet steel profiles connected with welded seams in the jamb corners. The jamb can be also ordered either with the band covering the installation groove, applied-on jamb (type M) or without the covering band to be installed deeper of the wall surface, jamb to be built into the wall opening, with (type S) solution. The door seal is the P-profile seal of elastic rubber attached to the jamb.

Finishing
The doors have been painted in most common colour tones with powder paint. The standard tones are white (RAL9016), grey (RAL7040), brown (RAL8017 and RAL8019). As an additional possibility, the doors can be painted with special colour in all tones of RAL colour chart or with ”antique-bronze-lacquer”, antique-gold-lacquer” and “antique-silver-lacquer”. The powder lacquer is added to the exit doors.

Locks
The locks of well-known lock companies such as Abloy, Boda, Assa, Cisa, Mottura, Vasar and Nemef can be installed to the door as lower and upper locks. The security locks of Abloy, Boda , Assa ,Nemef, Mottura, Cisa, Elbor can be installed as security locks for upper and lower security locks. Locks with built-in casing.

Accessories
The door can be completed and supplemented with the following accessories: rustproof steel threshold, custom-made furniture, sheet metal perimeter slats of jamb colour covering the installation groove, door eyes, security chain, door shutter etc.

Glasses
All available singe or insulating glass type units can be used with maximum thickness of 27 mm. Different laminated, toughened or combined security glasses can be used to improve security.

The producer has the right to make changes in the specification of products. The change depends on the specific conditions of the doorway.
