From time immemorial, wood has been one of the main materials in the manufacture of windows and doors. Over the years, technology has evolved, and today many buyers prefer this material or wood-aluminum windows as more resilient to environmental impact.
We offer window structures of different types of wood:
Pine.
Larch.
You can also choose other types of wood, for example: oak, ash, cedar. It is also possible to order combined window structures of different types of wood.
The windows are made of a special wood profile that does not contain knots, resin spots, or cracks. The wood profile, in turn, consists of three layers, which are deeply glued together and assembled according to the technology, so that the direction of the wood rings does not coincide with each other. This gluing removes the tension from the wood profile and the deformation is compensated.
There are two types of wood profiles that are also used in production:
Highest grade (AE) – outer layers are not glued. It is assumed that only the middle layer of wood, which is not visible to the consumer, is glued as a finger joint. If you want just that kind, tell us separately.
The first variety (B) – this is a wooden profile connected as a finger joint by layers of glued wood. The finger joint is a toothed connecting element and can have up to 3-4 pieces per running meter. This is the most common technology, as the finger joint helps to relieve stress and deformations in the wood, and the visual differences are very small. By default, we offer just such products.
All wooden windows have a protective profile directing water away from aluminum installed in the lower part of the window frame and in the upper part of the lower frame. This is to protect the product from various environmental impacts in the most sensitive areas.
It is the most high-tech product, as it covers all the traditional advantages of wood, but at the same time, the aluminum coating reliably protects against the effects of the environment. The aluminum coating provides additional rigidity and can also be painted in additional shades according to the RAL catalog.
There are two types of aluminum coatings:
Cora – this system has been on the market for a long time. In it, the double-glazed unit is attached to the frame or the architrave, respectively, with a wooden glass strip from the inside of the living space.
Mira Square – this is a new and modern system, where the window frame and the architrave look more strict, as a straight line. The external facade has the window frame and the architrave on almost the same level. The double-glazed unit is attached to the frame from the outside by means of an aluminum cover, and in non-openable parts, the double-glazed unit is attached from the interior side using a wooden glass strip.
All RAL shades are available.
If you wish, you can also order different doors:
